I'm aby. :o)

In November 2012 I was in a serious car accident which messed my back and neck up, just before it I was 10lbs from my goal weight, but being inactive because of my crash and comfort eating I've gained 17lbs. I'm now concentrating on recovery, being healthy, happy, getting my fitness back and reaching my goal weight. :-) it'll be a struggle, but nothing worth having comes easy!

My highest weight was 177lbs, I'm currently 147lbs and my goal is 120lbs! :)

This year I have a goal running mileage of 365 miles! I will also be training for a half marathon (and maybe a full one!!)
