I used to want to be skinny, but now I'm aiming to get fit and healthy and lower my body fat percentage so I can begin to see abs! :D

Fit is the new skinny!! :)

I've ran a 5K, now I want to run a 10K, a half marathon, then the London marathon, then I'm going to climb Mount Kilimanjaro :)

Height: 5"5! HW: 177lbs. SW: 158lbs CW: 133.4lbs(Lowest weight ever!:D) GW1: 130lbs GW2: 125lbs UGW: 120lbs! :)
43.6lbs lost so far!! 13.4lbs to go :D

Okay okay, I have goals and dreams, as does any other dreamer! I gotta get my butt moving to achieve these!

Weight Goals

Goal 1: 155lbs  Some time in November.

Goal 2: 150lbs  10/1/12

Goal 3: 145lbs Early february :D

Goal 4: 140lbs 19/03/12

Goal 5: 135lbs 7/04/12

Goal 6: 130lbs

Goal 7: 125lbs

Goal 8: 120lbs

Goal 8: Fit in size 10 clothes.

Goal 10: Be happy, be healthy and no longer feel ashamed/embarrased about my weight.

Fitness Goals

Goal 1: Run a mile in under 14 minutes.

Goal 2: Run a mile in under 10 minutes.

Goal 3: Run a 5K. Did the sports relief 5k :D

Goal 4: Run a 10K.

Goal 5: Run half a marathon.

Goal 6: Run a marathon.

Goal 7: Have 20% body fat.

Goal 8: Start to see abs!! :D

Goal 9: Be able to wear shorts and a little top to go for a run/ go to the gym.

Goal 10: 18-19% body fat!
